About the Role

You’ll use AI video-generation to craft, iterate, and critique new content daily. Think of yourself as half director, half editor: you’ll create compelling video assets, review and refine outputs, and leave clear notes so the machine (and your teammates) level up with every cycle.

What you’ll own

• Rapid production:

   Generate fresh AI-driven videos daily across varied formats (shorts, ads, tutorials, promos).

• Self-QA & scoring:

   Watch your own videos with a critical eye—log what works, what doesn’t, and why.

• Prompt playbooks:

   Develop and refine prompts, style guides, and reusable templates.

• Feedback loops:

   Report crisp bugs / style gaps that unblock engineers and sharpen the AI.

• Trendspotting:

   Monitor social/video trends and infuse them into daily outputs.

You might thrive in this seat if you—

• Have 0–3 yrs hands-on with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Seedance, Stable Video Diffusion).
• Carry a sharp visual taste—you can explain why a video “hits” or “misses.”
• Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Can kill 9 mediocre cuts to double down on the one that sings.

• Bonus:

   Motion graphics, editing chops (Premiere/After Effects/CapCut), or social fluency (TikTok/YouTube Shorts/Instagram) make you shine.

Note: We’ll begin with a one-week paid trial period, and based on evaluation, we’ll move forward with a long-term contract if all goes well.
