AI Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented AI Trainer to be a part of our team. As an AI Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing training datasets, training AI models, and assessing their performance to enhance our AI-driven products and services. Collaboration with our data scientists, engineers, and product managers is integral to guarantee that our AI models meet the desired accuracy and efficiency standards. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing large datasets for training and validating AI models, utilizing various learning techniques, collaborating with the team to understand project requirements, monitoring AI model performance, staying updated on the latest AI training methodologies, providing insights for enhancement, and documenting training processes and model performance metrics. The qualifications and skills we are looking for include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), proven experience in training AI models and handling large datasets, knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and excellent communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in Malayalam/Tamil/English is required. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include experience with cloud services for machine learning purposes (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and prior experience in a specific AI application domain (e.g., NLP, computer vision, robotics). This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities, with a day shift schedule. The candidate should have at least 1 year of teaching experience and 1 year of total work experience.
