AI Trainer

You will be a highly skilled and detail-oriented AI Trainer with strong English proficiency and previous experience in training AI models or related roles. Your responsibilities will include annotating data, generating high-quality prompts and responses, and ensuring linguistic and contextual accuracy to help enhance AI language model performance. Your main duties will be to create, review, and refine datasets to train AI models, provide feedback on AI-generated content for grammar, tone, and context, design and evaluate prompts for various use cases, and collaborate with the AI team to improve training methodologies. The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience as an AI Trainer, Data Annotator, Language Specialist, or similar role, excellent command of English (written and verbal), strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently, and meet deadlines. Preferred qualifications include experience with NLP, LLMs, or generative AI tools, and a background in content writing, linguistics, or language teaching. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the ability to commute/relocate to Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala is preferred. Proficiency in English is required, and work will be in person.,
