AI Trainer

You will be joining a dynamic team as an AI Trainer in the AI Learning & Development / Technical Training department. Your primary role will involve designing, developing, and delivering high-quality AI education programs in collaboration with the software product engineering team. As an expert in AI and open-source technologies, you will have the opportunity to mentor and teach the next generation of AI professionals. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the engineering team to create industry-aligned AI training programs, conducting training needs analysis, developing customized training roadmaps, delivering large-scale training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps, and incorporating open-source technologies for innovation. You will also mentor learners through projects and assignments to ensure practical skill acquisition, create training content, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement, and stay updated with emerging trends in AI/ML technologies to enhance training programs. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in curating and delivering technical training programs. Strong expertise in open-source AI/ML tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain is essential. Additionally, you should have experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks, along with excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts effectively. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with AI integration in enterprise software products, exposure to cloud platforms and containerization tools, experience in edtech or AI sectors, and contributions to open-source projects or community involvement. Prior experience with AI certification programs from leading providers like AWS, Nvidia, GCP, or Microsoft would be advantageous.
