Role Summary:

The AI Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training on Artificial Intelligence and related technologies. The role involves mentoring learners, conducting hands‑on sessions, evaluating performance, and preparing candidates for industry‑relevant AI roles.

Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver instructor‑led training sessions on Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications.

· Train candidates on core topics including:

o Artificial Intelligence fundamentals

o Machine Learning concepts

o Deep Learning basics

o Computer Vision

· Conduct practical labs, assignments, and real‑world project guidance.

· Develop and update training content, presentations, assessments, and practice exercises.

· Evaluate learner progress through tests, assignments, and project reviews.

· Provide technical mentoring and doubt‑clearing support to trainees.

· Align training delivery with industry expectations and placement requirements.

· Maintain training documentation and attendance records.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

· Prior experience as a trainer, faculty, or mentor in AI/ML is preferred.

· Freshers with strong technical knowledge and relevant certifications may also be considered.

Technical Skills:

· Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts.

· Proficiency in Python programming.

· Hands‑on experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as:

· Basic knowledge of data handling, model evaluation, and deployment concepts.

Soft Skills:

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and structured manner.

· Strong mentoring and problem‑solving skills.

· Passion for teaching and skill development.

Work Location & Engagement Details:

· Work Location: Vellore, Tamil Nadu (On‑site)

· Contract Duration: As per project / training batch requirements

· Working Schedule: As per training timetable (may include extended hours based on batch needs)

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
