Warehouse Packaging Associate

Job Overview :-

Candidates will undergo structured training and, upon successful completion, will be placed at Mahindra Logistics or nearby partner locations.

Warehouse Pakaging Associate – Key Responsibilities:-

• Pack and label products as per SOPs
• Sort items based on dispatch instructions
• Assist in loading and unloading of materials
• Maintain cleanliness and safety
• Follow quality and safety guidelines

Basic Eligibility Criteria:-

• Age: 18–35 years (flexible as per program goals)
• Education: Minimum 8th – 12th pass (role-specific flexibility)
• Priority to unemployed or underemployed youth
• Suitable for individuals with little or no formal work experience

Training Details:-

• Training Hours: 120 Hours
• Training Duration: 20–30 days
• Mode: Classroom + Practical Training

• Mahindra Logistics Limited
• Block No. 2 & 3, “LOGOS” Luhari Logistics Estate
• Village & Post: Luhari, District: Jhajjar – Haryana 124108

Placement & Salary (Post Training):-

• Warehouse Packaging Associate: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (inclusive of statutory benefits as per employer standards)

• Physically fit for warehouse roles
• Disciplined and team-oriented
