AI Trainer- Bhopal

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and evaluate AI models by labeling, annotating, and curating datasets across various domains.
• Provide feedback on AI-generated responses, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and contextual understanding.
• Develop and maintain guidelines for data quality and annotation standards.
• Work with technical teams to analyze model performance and identify areas of improvement.
• Contribute to the design of training workflows, experiments, and evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure domain-specific accuracy (e.g., coding, education, healthcare, etc.).
• Stay updated on AI trends, ethical standards, and model training best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 Years of Experience in AI model training, annotation, or data curation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English language (writing and comprehension).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and data labeling processes.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and maintain consistency in work quality.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), or LLMs.
• Prior experience in EdTech, AI operations, or data labeling projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
