Description
As a Tech Architect specialized in AI Business Process Automation, your role will involve leading the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven automation solutions across various departments within the organization. Your expertise in AI/ML, business process reengineering, and enterprise systems integration will be crucial in architecting scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and own the end-to-end AI architecture strategy for business process automation across departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain. - Identify automation opportunities by closely collaborating with business leaders and process owners. - Architect scalable and modular AI/ML solutions encompassing intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, chatbots, RPA, and NLP-based workflows. - Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and DMS. - Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate AI/ML tools, platforms, and frameworks. - Ensure that AI systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with data governance policies. - Collaborate with internal development teams, data engineers, and external vendors to deliver impactful projects. - Define best practices and technology standards for AI automation throughout the organization. - Mentor technical teams and support capability building for AI and automation. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in designing and implementing AI-based business automation solutions. - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and computer vision. - Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms like Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar. - Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere. - Solid grasp of enterprise application architecture and system integration. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to translate business challenges into AI/automation solutions. Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in AI/ML, RPA, or cloud architecture (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP Architect). - Experience with process mining tools like Celonis, UiPath Process Mining. - Exposure to data governance and responsible AI practices.
