As an AI Tools & Automation Specialist at our company in Guwahati, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operations through the implementation of cutting-edge AI tools, automation platforms, and website integrations. Your innovative solutions will streamline workflows, create AI-powered chatbots, and enhance user experiences across various platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research, experiment, and implement advanced AI tools and platforms for enhanced functionalities - Develop and deploy AI-powered chatbots utilizing platforms such as OpenAI, Dialogflow, perplexity, and claude - Automate workflows using tools like Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, or equivalent platforms - Design and build landing pages or micro-tools using Wix Studio, Webflow, or similar platforms - Integrate third-party APIs to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency - Collaborate with internal teams to identify repetitive tasks and automate them using AI tools - Implement AI tools for customer support, marketing content generation, and analytics summarization - Provide internal training on new AI tools and educate the team on their scalable use cases - Monitor, test, and optimize AI tool implementations for optimal performance and accuracy **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, Wix Studio, and Webflow - Hands-on experience with AI chatbot builders, NLP platforms, and OpenAI APIs - Knowledge of API integration, JSON, Webhooks, and basic scripting - Understanding of AI-based content creation and automation in business tools (Slack, Google Sheets, CRMs) - Ability to evaluate and implement new tools for team-wide adoption - Familiarity with basic front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) - Self-driven, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset **Good to Have:** - Familiarity with tools like ElevenLabs, Runway, midjourney, kling, heygen, Superhuman, Notion AI - Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning or prompt engineering concepts - Experience in internal tools development or AI-assisted CRM workflows If you join us, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to streamlining and scaling our fast-growing travel-tech business.
