Job Description

Experienced Quality Assurance professional specializing in testing and validation of Generative AI solutions, including large language models, conversational AI, and AI-driven applications. Skilled in developing comprehensive test strategies for prompt accuracy, response relevance, bias detection, and functional performance of AI models. Strong understanding of NLP evaluation metrics, model output validation, and automation frameworks for AI testing. Collaborates closely with data scientists, developers, and product teams to ensure AI outputs are consistent, ethical, and aligned with business objectives.
