Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Solutions Architect to join our dynamic AI Consulting & Solutions team. As a key member of our founding team, you will be responsible for leading the technical solutioning during the business development phase as well as during the delivery phases of projects in the first year, working closely with the Founding Team to understand client needs and design compelling AI solutions. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive, self-starting individual with a strong technical background and a passion for AI. You will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our AI consulting & solutions practice and driving our growth in the market. Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Collaborate with the Head AI Consulting & Solutions on BD, to understand client business requirements, technical challenges, and strategic objectives. Lead technical discussions with clients, effectively communicating complex AI concepts and tailoring solutions to their specific needs. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility as a trusted advisor. Solution Design & Architecture: Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions that address client needs and align with Company's capabilities. Develop innovative and practical AI solutions that leverage the latest technologies and best practices. Create detailed technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans as part of proposals / pitches. Conduct feasibility studies and Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) to validate proposed solutions and demonstrate their value. Business Development Support: Develop compelling technical proposals, presentations, and demos to showcase the value of Company's AI solutions. Present technical solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating the benefits and ROI. Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials. Support the Head AI Consulting & Solutions, and the Founding Team Members in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Technical Leadership: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML technologies, trends, and best practices. Evaluate new AI/ML tools and platforms. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Contribute to the development of AI/ML capabilities and knowledge sharing. Hands-on Development: Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and contribute to hands-on development tasks, such as coding, data analysis, and model building, as needed. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team during project implementation. Ambiguity Management: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguous requirements and opportunities. Bring clarity & structure to complex situations, defining clear goals & objectives. Proactively identify and address potential challenges and risks. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Experience: 4-6+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong background in solution architecture, pre-sales, or consulting. Proven experience in designing and architecting end-to-end AI/ML solutions for real-world business problems. Relevant experience in AI Solutions Design and Development is a must. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, techniques, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), related AI/ML services. Solid understanding of data engineering principles, data warehousing, and data governance. Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proactive, self-starting, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
