AI Software Engineer

Role Overview: The Software Engineer role at our company entails spearheading the development, optimization, design, and delivery of end-to-end software solutions and automated solutions. You will collaborate with a global team to support development initiatives across various business functions using an agile delivery approach. Your success in this position will be determined by your application of programming best practices to develop applications and APIs that support Epiq's automation initiatives with cutting-edge technology. As a self-driven and effective communicator, you should be able to excel in a fast-paced, innovative environment, requiring collaboration with IT and business resources, along with the ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, evaluating current operations, devising strategic improvements, and optimizing future-state workflows and architectures. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models and intelligent agents for real-world use cases. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition prototypes into production-ready solutions. - Enhance performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of AI systems. - Build modular, reusable components for AI-powered platforms. - Integrate GenAI solutions into applications using APIs and microservices. - Define and implement best practices for model monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD pipelines. - Document processes, workflows, and guidelines for knowledge sharing. - Stay ahead of AI/ML trends and recommend innovative tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). - 3+ years in full-stack software development, including design, build, and deployment of scalable applications. - Preferred experience with .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server/Oracle. - 12 years applied experience in AI/ML, including NLP, LLMs, GenAI, model training, tuning, and optimization. - Strong programming expertise in Python, C#/.NET, Java. - Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services and their AI/ML ecosystems. - Familiarity with ML tools & workflows such as Docker, Kubernetes, MLFlow, etc. - Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and engineering principles. - Exposure to Agile frameworks (Lean Six Sigma basics a plus). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving mindset, thriving in fast-paced, global environments.,
