Role Overview: You will be joining the global team of DHL IT Services as an AI Software Engineer working with Python and GenAI. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Python experience, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI models for AI use cases application. - Proficiently leverage AI workflow tools like LangChain and n8n for improving business and IT processes. - Break down tasks to utilize the right learning models and ensure high-quality results through context engineering using RAG and MCP protocols. - Work independently, prioritize tasks, and organize workload under time pressure. - Collaborate with multinational teams, requiring advanced spoken and written English skills. - Have a good understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git), project management tools, and possess analytical and soft skills. - Knowledge of Software Development Methodologies, DevSecOps processes, Java, and Node.js programming language will be essential for this role.
