Job Description

Education & Experience

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or equivalent
5-7+ years in software development, ML/AI engineering, or architecture roles
At least 2-3 years specifically in AI/ML Solution Architect or SME roles involving full SDLC responsibility

Technical Skills

Proficient in
Python
and familiar with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face
Experience with
CI/CD
,
MLOps
, and deployment architectures (on-premises, cloud).
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum, DevOps patterns) Knowledge of AI-enhanced SDLC tools and techniques like test automation, code analysis, and NLP-based documentation.
Awareness of
explainable AI (XAI)
methodsLIME, SHAP, etc.to incorporate transparency and governance into AI workflows
