About The Role

Shellsquare Softwares is seeking a visionary Lead AI Project Manager to spearhead itsAI initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about drivinginnovation in Generative AI and Neural AI, leveraging technologies like LLMs, RAG, NLP,and deep learning.Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the AI team to execute high-impact projects. Architect solutions using LLMs, RAG, NLP, and neural network architectures. Align AI strategies with business goals through cross-functional collaboration. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies. Stay ahead of AI trends and drive continuous innovation.

Required Skills

 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 2+ years in Generative AI & Neural AI. Deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, NLP, and deep learning models. Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Proven leadership and project management capabilities.Skills: nlp,deep learning,llm,rag,python
