Role:
Lead the strategy, design, and launch of AI-powered features in our Enterprise CMMS platform to improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, optimize maintenance schedules, and drive operational efficiency. Bridge AI/ML capabilities with real-world maintenance challenges to deliver measurable ROI for industrial clients.Key Responsibilities:1) Define and own the AI product roadmap for CMMS.2) Identify high-value AI use cases (predictive maintenance, RUL, spare optimization, work order automation).3) Convert maintenance pain points into AI feature requirements.4) Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and UX teams for delivery.5) Track adoption, performance, and business impact of AI features.6) Ensure ethical, accurate, and explainable AI deployment.
Engineering Degree required from premier institutes (Mandatory). MBA degree is an advantage
3-5 years of experience in AI, Product Management, Agentic, Plant Maintenance, Asset Management. Prior experience in Product Management, AI initiatives will be advantageous.
