Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve complex

business challenges.

- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define product

requirements and deliver AI-powered features.

- Integrate machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability,

performance, and reliability.

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine

learning technologies.

- Build and maintain pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.

- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of AI models and systems.

- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy standards in all product

development processes.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine

Learning, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in developing AI or machine learning-based products.

- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.

- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch,

or Scikit-learn.

- Proficiency in deploying AI models in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement

learning.

- Familiarity with MLOps tools and best practices for model deployment and lifecycle

management.

- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar

frameworks.

- Strong understanding of AI ethics and bias mitigation techniques.
