With over 35 years of experience in the software industry, you will analyze existing processes, define solution requirements, and facilitate the implementation of AI-first products and intelligent automation. Your contributions will be essential in designing Agentic AI-based solutions that align innovation with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include studying complex functional issues across client domains, collaborating with internal technical teams to develop effective AI/IT solutions, and working closely with client stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements. You will translate business goals into structured workflows, use cases, and solution blueprints, as well as contribute to the conceptualization and validation of Agentic AI-based automation flows. To support solution design and user alignment, you will create workflow diagrams, UI mockups, and system visuals using tools such as Figma and Miro. Additionally, you will liaise between business and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution across the software development lifecycle, support user acceptance testing, and present findings and insights using clear narratives in PowerPoint or dashboard formats.
