This is a contractual position where you will be responsible for building and managing a team of editors, optimizing AI-based workflows, and ensuring top-quality creative output.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, supervise, and mentor a team of editors working on AI-generated video content.
• Design and implement efficient AI-enabled post-production pipelines.
• Maintain creative quality, consistency, and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with directors and producers to achieve project goals.
• Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges in real time.

Requirements

• Proven experience in post-production (film, video, or digital content).
• Hands-on knowledge of AI editing tools and workflows.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Must be based in Delhi and available for full-time on-site presence during the contract period.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Noida Sector 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Generative AI: 3 years (Required)
