Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Generative AI Engineer to design, optimize, and deploy cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning techniques while leveraging cloud platforms and MLOps pipelines to deliver scalable, production-ready AI applications. This role requires a confident, adaptable, and innovative professional who thrives in complex environments, collaborates across teams, and leads by example to drive the adoption of generative AI within products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning techniques for targeted business use cases.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications leveraging AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud services.
• Implement MLOps best practices for seamless deployment, monitoring, and scalability of AI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, research, and business stakeholders) to integrate generative AI into products and services.
• Stay ahead of advancements in generative AI, deep learning, and LLMs.
• Demonstrate confidence, openness to learning, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Drive innovation, lead by example, and inspire peers to adopt best practices in generative AI.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in generative AI, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG implementations.
• Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with cloud AI/ML services (AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Proficiency in MLOps tools and practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, versioning, pipelines).
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of innovation and applied research.
