🚀 We’re Hiring: AI/ML Engineer & Data Engineer @ The Good AI

The Good AI

🔹 AI/ML Engineer

What you’ll do:

Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML & NLP models for production.
Research and implement
Agentic AI workflows
for task automation.
Optimize model performance and ensure responsible AI practices.
Collaborate across product, backend, and data science teams.

What we’re looking for:

2–3+ years in AI/ML, NLP, or related roles.
Strong Python skills with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn).
Experience with LangChain, Vector Databases, and MLOps tools is a plus.

🔹 Data Engineer

What you’ll do:

Design, build, and manage scalable
ETL/ELT data pipelines
.
Integrate diverse data sources into centralized repositories.
Ensure clean, high-quality datasets for AI/ML use cases.
Work with internal and client teams to deliver data solutions.

What we’re looking for:

2–3+ years in Data Engineering or related roles.
Strong proficiency in Python & SQL.
Hands-on experience with Airflow, Spark, Cloud Data Warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift).
Knowledge of real-time data frameworks (Kafka, Flink) is a plus.
