The ideal candidate will have expertise in training and testing large language models (LLMs) for applications like speech-to-text and text-to-speech, with a focus on the Hindi language. This role requires proficiency in cutting-edge AI technologies, including transformers, GPU acceleration, and CUDA, along with strong Python programming skills. Key Responsibilities: Design, train, and fine-tune LLMs for speech-to-text and text-to-speech applications in Hindi. Develop and optimize transformer-based architectures for natural language processing (NLP) tasks. Leverage GPU acceleration and CUDA for efficient model training and deployment. Pre process and manage large datasets to ensure high-quality data for model training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems. Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and NLP technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong understanding of transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5). Hands-on experience with GPU acceleration and CUDA programming. Familiarity with Hindi language processing, including phonetics, grammar, and linguistic nuances. Experience in developing and deploying speech-to-text and text-to-speech systems. Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques for audio and text datasets. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tools like Hugging Face Transformers, Kaldi, or Mozilla Deep Speech. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for AI model deployment. Understanding of end-to-end speech recognition and synthesis pipelines. A background in linguistics or computational linguistics is a plus.
