About the Role

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, build,

and deploy machine learning models and AI systems to solve real-world problems. You will work

closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to transform raw data into

intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development

Research, design, and implement machine learning and deep learning

algorithms.

Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models for classification, regression, NLP, CV, or

recommendation tasks.

Optimize model performance for accuracy, latency, and scalability.

• Data Engineering

Collect, preprocess, and analyze large structured/unstructured datasets.

Build pipelines for data cleaning, feature engineering, and augmentation.

Ensure data quality, reproducibility, and versioning.

• Deployment & Infrastructure

Package and deploy models into production environments (APIs, microservices,

cloud).

Monitor models in production for drift, reliability, and fairness.

Use MLOps best practices (CI/CD, experiment tracking, containerization).

• Collaboration & Research

Work with cross-functional teams to identify AI/ML opportunities.

Stay up to date with the latest research and tools in AI/ML.

Document experiments, share insights, and publish internal reports.

Qualifications

Must-have:

• Bachelors/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning or deep learning.

• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow,

scikit-learn.

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Knowledge of SQL and data handling at scale.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Nice-to-have:

• Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.

• Experience with distributed training frameworks (Horovod, DeepSpeed, FSDP).

• Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).

• Contributions to open-source ML projects.
