AI Learning Specialist

As an AI Learning Specialist at our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing AI-powered learning solutions to enhance adaptive, data-driven, and personalized learning experiences. By combining instructional design, data analytics, and AI/ML integration, you will revolutionize how learners engage with digital content in corporate or educational settings. Your key responsibilities will include creating adaptive learning modules using AI-powered platforms, collaborating with L&D teams and IT to integrate AI/ML tools into learning environments, leveraging AI and machine learning to analyze learner behavior, engagement, and knowledge gaps, and staying updated with AI trends in education and L&D. Additionally, you will be translating business needs into AI-based learning use cases, training internal stakeholders on the use of AI tools for content generation and data analysis, setting up chatbots and virtual assistants for learning support, providing actionable insights to enhance learning journeys, and evaluating new tools to align with learning innovation goals. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, possess 3-5 years of experience in L&D, instructional design, or digital learning development, and have hands-on experience with AI tools in training contexts. A strong understanding of adult learning principles, data-driven learning design, and a passion for learning innovation and emerging technologies are preferred traits. Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and being able to translate technical concepts into engaging learning experiences will be essential to your success.
