Role Overview: You will be joining EY as a GDS Consulting AI Leader specializing in Generative AI. Your main responsibility will be to demonstrate strong AI capabilities in rapidly emerging Generative AI and lead in areas of growth. You will be designing and executing blueprints for hyper growth in key offerings under various FoPs, scaling the current AI team, and strategically steering AI investment areas. Additionally, you will be partnering with regions to solution and win large engagements related to Generative AI, integrating AI components with existing D&A and IA teams, and driving skilling initiatives within the AI team. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong AI capability in rapidly emerging Generative AI and lead in areas of growth - Design and execute blueprints for hyper growth in key offerings under various FoPs - Scale the current AI team of 200 to 750 by FY 25 to support D&A growth story - Partner with regions to solution and win large engagements related to Generative AI - Integrate AI component with existing D&A, IA team to build solid capability around AI & ML - Initiate infusion of AI into GDS offerings by collaborating with leaders in Technology Consulting & Business Consulting - Demonstrate thought leadership by active participation in DnA, AI & IA forums globally - Lead Analyst Surveys with leading global analysts like Gartner, Forrester, IDC - Drive skilling initiatives in AI team, including training programs, certifications & POCs - Demonstrate strong next-gen technology acumen to establish credibility with Area / Regional market leaders in AI & ML Qualification Required: - Minimum of bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 20+ years of experience - Experience in management consulting and IT advisory consulting organizations is a huge plus - Experience of managing practice/accounts with HC above 500+ would be a huge plus Company Details: EY exists to build a better working world, helping to create long-term value for clients, people, and society and build trust in the capital markets.
