Role Overview: As an experienced AI Developer at SS&C, you will be responsible for developing AI-driven solutions that extract valuable insights from intricate documents utilizing a variety of technologies including Python, Generative AI (GenAI) with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), OCR, and LLMs. Your primary focus will be on creating end-to-end automation and AI integration for intelligent document processing to optimize workflow efficiencies throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement GenAI solutions with RAG pipelines to facilitate intelligent querying and summarization of document repositories. - Extract and organize data from complex documents using OCR engines like Tesseract and AI-based document and vision language models such as DiNO and SmolVLM. - Incorporate OCR+LLM pipelines into business applications for processing scanned forms, contracts, and other unstructured documents. - Automate repetitive, document-centric tasks using RPA tools like Blue Prism. - Design and manage Python-based workflows to coordinate document ingestion, extraction, and LLM-powered processing. - Collaborate across various teams to deliver scalable, AI-enhanced document automation solutions. - Ensure model performance, compliance, and audit readiness for all document-handling workflows. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 4 years of hands-on programming experience with Python. - Demonstrated expertise in building RAG-based GenAI applications using tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent. - Proficiency in OCR tools like Tesseract, PaddleOCR, and transformer-based document models. - Experience working with LLMs for document understanding, summarization, and Q&A. - Proficient in RPA development utilizing platforms like Blueprism. - Knowledge of vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and embeddings for semantic retrieval. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data integration workflows.,
