We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in computer vision and medical image analysis to develop and train a model capable of detecting abnormalities in chest X-ray images. The system will be used as a diagnostic assistance tool for radiologists.

Responsibilities:

• Design and train deep learning models (CNNs, Transformers, etc.) for image classification and anomaly detection.

• Preprocess and augment medical image datasets (DICOM, PNG, or JPEG formats).

• Evaluate and fine-tune model performance for clinical accuracy.

• Integrate the trained model into a hostable, scalable application (preferred if familiar with web deployment or API integration).

Requirements:

Proven experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with medical imaging datasets (e.g., NIH ChestX-ray14, CheXpert, MIMIC-CXR, etc.).
Solid understanding of image preprocessing and deep learning architectures.
Ability to ensure data privacy and model explainability in healthcare contexts.

Preferred:

Experience with radiology AI tools, Grad-CAM visualization, or model interpretability.
Prior work with cloud-based AI deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
