AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer at McCain Foods(India) P Ltd, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced Agentic AI and Generative AI systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks with minimal human intervention. - Develop frameworks for multi-agent collaboration, negotiation, and coordination. - Research, prototype, and deploy state-of-the-art generative models for content creation in various modalities. - Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into products and platforms. - Evaluate emerging tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance the AI engineering toolkit. - Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and responsible AI practices. Qualifications: - University degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. - At least five years of experience working with programming languages such as Python or equivalent. - 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, with expertise in agentic systems and generative models. - Hands-on experience with fine-tuning large language models and deploying generative AI in production. - Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch. - Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, and large language models. - Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
