AI Engineer

You are a good fit if you:

• Have 0–3 years of experience working as an AI Engineer
• Comfortable working with the

  latest Generative AI tools, libraries, and frameworks

• Hands-on with

  popular open-source projects in Agentic AI

  (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.)
• Basic understanding of

  Transformers

  and large language models (LLMs)
• Able to prototype and deploy applications powered by generative models (chatbots, copilots, RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, etc.)
• Familiar with integrating APIs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks
• Curious and fast-learning can quickly pick up new AI/LLM frameworks as they emerge
• Comfortable working directly with customers/founders in fast-paced environments, iterating on solutions rapidly

Role Details:

• Flexible work: async and remote-first
• Expected commitment: 30 hours per week
• Contract duration: [e.g. 1–3 months, with potential to extend/full-time hire]

Compensation:

Pay ranges from $15/hr for part-time gigs to $25K+ annually for full-time roles.
