AI Engineer / Co-founder

Role Overview: You are invited to become a Partner and Co-founder, working with Australian founders to establish and lead the AI Division from the ground up. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for setting engineering standards, making early stack decisions, developing and launching the first products, and managing the AI Tech team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and delivery of AI products with measurable outcomes - Make decisions at the highest levels on strategy, tactics, and innovation - Build and lead a team to drive innovation from day one - Engage in continuous learning through courses and webinars in the fast-moving AI technology space - Have the opportunity for travel and relocation to Australian and Indian hubs - Enjoy additional benefits such as medical insurance, profit share, and flexible work arrangements Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, async) and/or TypeScript/Node with solid engineering fundamentals - Experience in CI/CD, containers (Docker; K8s or managed), observability (traces/metrics/logs), and cost awareness - Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), secrets/KMS, and IaC (Terraform or CDK) - Strong written communication skills for documenting decisions and bias towards shipping products - Desirable skills include knowledge of Vector DBs (pgvector/FAISS/Milvus), eval/guardrail frameworks (Ragas/DeepEval or equivalent), event-driven design (Kafka/RabbitMQ), caching (Redis), and GPU-aware inference (vLLM/TGI), Triton, or Ray Join this opportunity to be a part of a fully funded chance to make a global impact in the AI space and contribute to building the next global AI success story.
