AI Engineer - Agentic AI Specialist

Job Description: You will be part of a dynamic team working on an AI-driven CRM & ERP + Sales Automation platform, a greenfield project that will allow you to showcase your DSA, backend, and database skills. Your primary responsibility will be to build and optimize core systems using Node.js, RDBMS, MongoDB, LLM/RAG databases. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and tuning APIs, managing routing, and enhancing performance. Your role will also include developing intelligent automation for various sales workflows such as lead generation, outreach, forecasting, and personalized communication driven by AI models. You will need to apply critical thinking to solve real-time product challenges in a product-first coding environment.
