AI-Enabled Software Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI-Enabled Software Engineer with advanced proficiency in leveraging AI development platforms such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and other agentic engineering tools to drive productivity, accelerate software delivery, and enable intelligent automation. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise, strong software design capabilities, and experience integrating AI-assisted workflows into modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions using modern engineering practices and AI-enhanced tooling.

Utilize platforms like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and agent-based frameworks to streamline development, improve code quality, and enhance team efficiency.

Architect and implement agentic engineering workflows (AI agents for coding, testing, documentation, automation pipelines, etc.).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and performant solutions.

Evaluate new AI tooling, drive adoption strategy, and champion best practices across engineering teams.

Automate routine development tasks, test automation, and CI/CD integration using AI-driven approaches.

Mentor engineers on using AI-assisted development methodologies and advanced tooling.

Ensure compliance with security, governance, and ethical AI considerations.

Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of hands-on experience in software development (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, or similar).

Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AntiGravity, Kiro or equivalent platforms.

Good knowledge of working with LLMs tools like Gemini, Chatgpt, Claude

God knowledge of Code CLI tools like Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor CLI, Copilot CLI

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.

Expertise in building and maintaining modern application architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems).

Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).

Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and leadership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with LLM integration, agentic frameworks, RAG pipelines, or custom AI tooling.

Familiarity with AI platform engineering or MLOps.

Prior experience leading engineering teams or initiatives.

Contributions to open-source or innovation projects.
