Role Overview: As an AI/ML Engineer specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), your primary responsibility will be to design and implement advanced AI models. You will focus on developing algorithms for text, image, and video generation, ensuring adherence to ethical AI practices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying abreast of the latest AI and ML advancements will also be key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in mentoring junior developers, providing technical leadership, and effectively integrating AI solutions into products. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement AI models, with a specific emphasis on large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications. - Develop and optimize algorithms tailored for text, image, and video generation. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into products. - Ensure that AI models meet ethical AI standards, as well as security and privacy requirements. - Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of AI and ML. - Mentor junior developers to foster their professional growth and provide technical leadership within the team. Qualifications Required: - Extensive hands-on experience in AI/ML development, particularly in the realm of generative AI. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. - Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision. - Prior experience working with cloud platforms and familiarity with MLOps best practices. - Ability to effectively translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
