Job summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Developer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, with a passion for building robust, scalable, and intelligent AI-powered applications. You will work on the full lifecycle of AI solution development, from ideation and data processing to model deployment and monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI Models:

  Design, build, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models for specific business problems, such as computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or predictive analytics.

• Implement Algorithms:

  Write clean, efficient, and robust code to implement machine learning algorithms and integrate them into existing software applications.

• Manage Data:

  Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to source, preprocess, and clean large datasets to ensure high-quality data for model training.

• Deployment and Integration:

  Deploy AI and machine learning models into production environments and integrate them with APIs and other software systems.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Conduct testing, monitor model performance, and perform statistical analysis to continuously evaluate and optimize AI systems.

• Stay Informed:

  Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements, trends, and technologies in AI and machine learning through continuous learning and research.

• Collaborate:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective AI solutions.

Required skills and qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical field.

• Experience:

  Proven experience in AI development, machine learning, and/or data analysis.

• Programming Languages:

  Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in relevant libraries like scikit-learn, NumPy, and Pandas.

• AI Frameworks:

  Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow,

  PyTorch

  , or Keras.

• ML Concepts:

  Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).

• Problem-Solving:

  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Communication:

  Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms for AI deployment, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Experience with specific domains like computer vision or reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
