In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product and solution development utilizing advanced AI techniques, leading the customization and implementation of solutions using modern AI technology, and evaluating use cases to determine the feasibility of developing products that add value to the business. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement AI models and frameworks to address business challenges - Create user interfaces and AI models based on business requirements - Analyze technology environments and client needs to define AI solutions - Implement necessary security features in products - Identify problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions - Stay updated on industry trends and apply relevant AI technologies - Interact with cross-functional teams and clients to gather insights and drive product design discussions - Manage team resources, talent requirements, and performance - Drive diversity in leadership positions and ensure team engagement and satisfaction Performance Parameters: 1. Continuous technical project management & delivery - Adoption of new technologies, IP creation, MVP creation, Patents filed, Research papers created 2. Client Centricity - Number of automations, On-Time Delivery, Cost of delivery, Resource allocation 3.
