AI Data Consultant

About us:

Soul AI is a pioneering company founded by IIT Bombay and IIM Ahmedabad alumni, with a strong founding team from IITs, NITs, and BITS. We help tech giants in improving their AI models with RLHF and supervised fine-tuning. Based in San Francisco and Hyderabad, we are a young, fast-moving team on a mission to build AI for Good, driving innovation and positive societal impact.

What you’ll do?

• Evaluate code and technical responses from AI models across languages such as Python, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, SQL, etc
• Review and rank multiple model outputs based on correctness, code quality, efficiency, readability, and security
• Write high-quality reference solutions and explanations for coding, debugging, and system design-style prompts.
• Create and refine prompts/datasets for RLHF and SFT pipelines (e.g., code completion, bug fixing, refactoring, documentation)

What will you ge

• Work remotely and choose your own hours that fit your schedule.
• Project work with leading companies such as Google, Snowflake, Apple, Microsoft, and more.
• Pay ranging from INR 1000 - 2000 per hour based on project contributions.
• Certification for your work and full-time opportunities based on performance.

Things to be noted:

• Strong programming skills in at least one major language (e.g., Python, Java, C/C++, JavaScript, or similar).
• Ability to read, understand, and critique unfamiliar code logically and systematically.
• Good written English to provide clear comments, rationales, and corrections.
