AI COE Lead

Role Overview: You will be leading the enterprise-wide adoption and strategic deployment of Artificial Intelligence, focusing on Generative AI and scalable LLMOps. Your role involves translating complex business challenges into high-impact AI/ML solutions, building an AI innovation pipeline, leading a technical team, and defining architecture for secure, ethical, and performant AI systems. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and own the Generative AI Stack, including LLMs and RAG systems - Lead LLM development, training, and optimization - Design and enforce enterprise-level data architecture and governance strategy - Direct the implementation of LLMOps and MLOps practices for seamless deployment of AI/ML models - Optimize inference pipelines and AI model efficiency for high performance - Ensure secure integration of AI services with core business applications - Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse technical team - Identify and execute AI-powered automation initiatives for operational efficiency - Define standards for AI Ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance Qualifications Required: - Educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field - Extensive experience in leading enterprise-scale AI/ML products - Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG systems, and MLOps practices - Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, DeepSpeed, NLP, Computer Vision, and cloud-native AI development - Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders - Track record of driving business impact through AI solutions - Strong leadership, mentorship, and project management capabilities,
