AI Chief Architect

Role Overview: As the Chief Architect AI at Honeywell Technology Solutions (HTS), you will play a crucial role in providing strategic leadership and direction in the development, articulation, and implementation of a comprehensive AI/ML/ Data Transformation Roadmap for HTS. Your responsibilities will include driving technical oversight on all HTS AI projects, collaborating with SBG HTS teams, and enabling productivity gains across functions with the usage of AI technology tools. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership in developing and implementing a comprehensive AI/ML/ Data Transformation Roadmap for HTS aligned with overall business objectives. - Drive technical oversight on all HTS AI projects to meet key performance indicators in various areas such as VE/CE, Product Development, Quality, and speed of Commercialization. - Review, select, prioritize, and hone Honeywell projects in AI in collaboration with SBG HTS teams to demonstrate ROI for businesses and customers. - Serve as the key contact for external partners and industry leaders for collaborations in AI/ML/ Generative AI. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and bring best practices for adoption in HTS/ Honeywell. - Enable productivity gains across functions using AI technology tools. - Collaborate with engineering teams for cost optimization and cycle time reduction using AI tools and technology, and scale up the implementation across the broader HTS organization. - Evaluate AI tools/ technologies/ frameworks, champion adoption in different projects, and demonstrate value for business and customers. - Drive AI adoption and capability building for HTS through cross-SBG and virtual community initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience in developing and implementing AI/ML solutions in a corporate setting. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive technical oversight and strategic direction. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders. - In-depth knowledge of AI/ML technologies and frameworks. - Experience in evaluating and adopting AI tools to drive business value. - Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML.
