AI Chief Architect

The Chief Architect AI at Honeywell Technology Solutions (HTS) will play a crucial role in providing strategic leadership and direction for the development, articulation, and implementation of a comprehensive AI/ML/Data Transformation Roadmap aligned with the overall business objectives. With a focus on driving performance output to meet key performance indicator metrics in various areas such as Value Engineering, Product Development, Productivity, Quality, and speed of Commercialization, the Chief Architect AI will oversee all HTS AI projects. In this role, you will review, select, prioritize, and refine projects in collaboration with the SBG HTS teams to ensure development progress and demonstrate return on investment for the businesses and customers. Additionally, you will serve as the key contact and interface with external partners and industry leaders for collaborations in AI/ML/Generative AI, staying updated with the latest advancements in the field and bringing external best practices to HTS and Honeywell. Your responsibilities will also include enabling productivity gains across functions within HTS through the utilization of AI technology tools. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will drive cost optimization and cycle time reduction for key programs using AI tools and technology, with a focus on scalability across the broader HTS organization. Furthermore, you will work alongside AI champions in engineering and SBG to evaluate AI tools, technologies, and frameworks, advocating for their adoption in different projects to demonstrate value for the business and customers. By driving a cross-SBG and virtual community on AI adoption and capability building for HTS, you will contribute to advancing AI initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and technical leadership within the organization.,
