Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor & Poster Designer with hands-on expertise in AI-powered design and video editing tools. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating engaging short-form videos, reels, social media posters, and promotional content using modern AI-based editing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality video content for social media, ads, and brand promotions
• Design engaging posters, thumbnails, banners, and visual assets
• Utilize AI-based tools to speed up workflows and enhance creativity
• Work with the marketing/content team to deliver creatives based on briefs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI design trends and tools
• Manage and optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design
• Proven experience using AI-based creative tools (Must-have – tools can be discussed during the interview)
• Strong portfolio showcasing videos and posters designed using AI tools
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Basic understanding of motion graphics, transitions, and visual storytelling
• Familiarity with short-form content trends (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Bonus Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Runway ML, Pika, D-ID, etc.
• Experience with voiceover AI or text-to-video/image tools
• Understanding of brand marketing or digital campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
