We are seeking a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-driven tools and methodologies to enhance financial forecasting, auditing, compliance, and reporting. This hybrid role combines the precision of accounting with the innovation of AI to optimize business performance and streamline financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead or assist in financial planning, reporting, and auditing functions using AI and automation tools. Utilize AI/ML models to predict financial trends, identify anomalies, and optimize tax strategies. Integrate AI solutions into accounting workflows (e.g., RPA for invoice processing, AI-assisted auditing). Collaborate with data science and IT teams to develop and implement finance-focused AI models. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls while applying AI-assisted risk assessments. Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive data-driven decisions. Train finance team members on AI tools and promote digital transformation within the department. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends and regulatory implications in accounting and finance. Requirements: Education & Certification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Required. Additional certification in AI, Data Analytics, or related (e.g., CPA with AICPA&aposs "CPA Evolution" AI components, CAIA, Certified Analytics Professional, etc.) Experience: 4+ years of accounting/finance experience, including 12 years using AI, automation, or analytics tools in a finance context. Skills: Strong understanding of financial principles, audits, taxation, and compliance. Proficiency in data analysis, machine learning basics, and interpreting AI-generated insights. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software with AI capabilities.
