AI Art & Motion Director

Role Overview: As the AI Art & Motion Director at Kinnect, you will bring imagination and innovation together to create cinematic stories powered by Generative AI. Your role will involve leading the journey from concept to final cut, where you will blend storytelling, motion, and technology to redefine the way films are produced at the company. Key Responsibilities: - Lead creative ideation, scripting, and storytelling for AI-driven brand films. - Direct storyboards, visual tone, and cinematic execution across various projects. - Translate briefs into visual language utilizing tools such as Veo 3, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, and Kling. - Collaborate effectively with editors, producers, and motion designers to ensure seamless delivery. - Experiment with GenAI workflows to explore and expand creative boundaries. - Review and refine all outputs to uphold creative and brand excellence. - Partner with leadership to develop new formats, campaigns, and showcase films. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in film, advertising, or digital storytelling. - Strong proficiency in copywriting, visual direction, and a cinematic sensibility. - Hands-on experience with AI tools like Veo 3, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, and Kling. - Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop). - Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-assisted filmmaking, coupled with a commitment to continuous learning.,
