Qualifications Required Skills - Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. - 8+ years of software development experience with an emphasis on **core Java technologies**. - Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex, scalable solutions. - Expertise in **object-oriented programming**, **concurrency**, and **design patterns**. - Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and techniques (supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning). - Strong knowledge of **cloud computing platforms*(AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern deployment strategies. - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architecture. - Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
