Work Experience Required Skills Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred). 8+ years in software or data engineering, with 4+ years in AI/ML roles. Proficient in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face Transformers. Strong grasp of algorithms, statistics, and probability. Experience deploying models in production via REST APIs, batch scoring, or real-time inference. Hands-on with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with data tools: Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Snowflake, etc. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Cloud ML Engineer). Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or enterprise chatbot systems. Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS). Contributions to open-source AI projects or academic publications. Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.) applying ethical AI principles.
