AI Application Developer

As an AI Application Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining intelligent agents and their APIs. You will play a crucial role in implementing routing logic, data pipelines, prompt engineering, and integrating the agents with the orchestrator to ensure seamless task execution. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the tester and DevOps teams to facilitate continuous delivery. - Utilize your 3-4 years of experience in Python development. - Demonstrate proficiency in working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Hugging Face. - Familiarity with agentic systems like LangChain and Autogen is essential. - Experience with backend frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask. - Possess a working knowledge of vector stores, API orchestration, and memory management. - Solid understanding of RESTful design principles and async programming. Key Skills: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Python, REST API, and SQL/NoSQL databases. - Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, LLM embeddings, and prompt chaining. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization. - Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure. Qualification Required: - Graduate degree in a relevant field. In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, you will be expected to deliver 35 agent features per sprint with minimal rework, maintain post-release defects below 5%, achieve a 90% task completion rate per sprint, and actively participate in all Agile ceremonies and daily standups.
