AI and ML Developer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and systems for real-world applications. This includes building end-to-end pipelines encompassing data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment. You will also be required to research and implement advanced ML algorithms, deep learning models, and NLP techniques. Collaboration with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to deliver AI-powered features will be a key part of your role. Ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed models is crucial. Staying updated with the latest developments in AI/ML and driving innovation is expected. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers and contribute to shaping technical best practices within the team. Your qualifications should include strong programming skills in Python and Golang, hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn, and a solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and model interpretability techniques. Experience with model deployment, MLOps, version control tools, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) would be advantageous. A degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field is required. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development with a proven track record of delivering production-grade models. This is a full-time position that may require you to work on-site. Relocation to Chennai, Tamil Nadu, or reliable commuting will be necessary.
