AI and ML Associate Director, Corporate Technology

Role Overview: You will be leading the path for the execution of end-to-end Artificial Intelligence solutions, with a focus on designing E2E solutions to generate valuable insights from complex data. Your role will involve working with the latest large language models (LLM) and Computer Vision to design Agentic AI solutions while guiding teams to execute and generate business value. As a Principal Practitioner in Artificial Intelligence, you will utilize the power of state-of-the-art LLM to transform business processes, drive efficiency, and enable the building of intellectual property. Key Responsibilities: - Lead AI engineering projects by designing, developing, and deploying solutions centered around computer vision, content generation, and fine-tuning large language models like open source LLM. - Utilize open-source frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers to extract valuable insights from unstructured data. - Demonstrate proficiency in Agentic AI design patterns, designing and implementing SFT and RLHF for fine-tuning domain-specific SLM. - Manage the complete lifecycle of AI engineering projects, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model development, deployment, and monitoring. - Collaborate with global business owners and stakeholders to understand their requirements, present results, and provide recommendations. - Stay updated with the latest advances and trends in data science, AI, and particularly large language models. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field. - 13 to 17 years of experience in machine learning, computer vision, with a focus on large language models. - Proficiency in Python and its data science libraries like pandas, numpy, TensorFlow, pytorch, and HuggingFace, LangChain, or Haystack. - Hands-on experience with RAG practices and SLM fine-tuning. - Experience in deploying and maintaining data science solutions on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Knowledge of sourcing data from SQL and NoSQL databases. - Kaggle profile reflecting expertise will be an added advantage. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to balance independent and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.
