Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in the internal case management system. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to optimizing workflows. Increase operational efficiency (reduce service delivery). Keep up to date with immigration law changes and advise on potential impacts to clients. Work with Group entities on supporting each other – collaborate with different business units, sister companies, and international offices within the group to facilitate mutual support in service delivery. Manage a network of vendors both domestically and internationally and build deeper relationships with them. Engage with sales teams and support in actively selling immigration services. Focus on expanding business within existing client accounts by identifying new immigration service opportunities, cross-selling other mobility solutions. Qualification and Skills: · Minimum 4 years of professional experience in corporate immigration, preferably in a relocation or global mobility firm. · Fluent in English (and French will be an advantage). · Preferably a Master’s degree. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and government officials. · Excellent organizational and case management skills. · Ability to perform under pressure, strict deadlines and targets. · Proficiency in immigration case management software and Microsoft Office tools.
