Call farmers daily to promote agrochemical and agricultural input products.
Understand farmers crop-related needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product benefits, dosage, and application methods clearly and effectively.
Achieve assigned
monthly telesales and revenue targets
.
Maintain a database of farmers and update follow-up calls.
Generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and track order closures.
Coordinate with the dispatch/logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
Follow up on payments and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Maintain call records, sales reports, and customer interaction logs.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and persuasive skills (verbal and written).
In-depth knowledge of agricultural practices, crops, and agrochemicals.
Ability to build rapport with farmers over the phone.
Fluency in
Marathi
is mandatory. Knowledge of
Hindi
and
English
is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education
: B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture / Diploma in Agriculture
Experience
: 0-3 years in telesales, agri advisory, or agri-input sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills and agricultural knowledge may also apply.
