Agribusiness & Export Executive – (Banana project Export)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Agribusiness & Export Operations Executive to join our team. This role combines market research, supplier development, procurement, and export coordination in the fresh fruit export business. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, self-driven, and passionate about agribusiness and international trade.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Supplier Development:

• Research availability, pricing, and seasonality of exportable fruits.
• Identify and build relationships with farmers, cooperatives, mandis, and traders.
• Evaluate product quality and negotiate procurement deals.

Procurement & Export Coordination:

• Manage procurement from farm to warehouse or port.
• Coordinate cold chain logistics, packaging, and quality control.
• Assist with export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certifications.
• Track shipments and maintain supplier databases.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in fruit sourcing, agribusiness, or export operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of perishable goods logistics, cold chain, and export compliance.
• Willingness to travel to sourcing locations across India.

• Field travel as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,443.65 - ₹28,923.85 per month
